How to crop a PDF

- Set the margin to cut from each side, in millimetres, inches or as a percentage of the page.

Frequently asked questions
Does cropping delete the content?
No. Cropping sets the page box that viewers and printers use, and the trimmed part is hidden rather than deleted. If the content outside the crop is confidential, print the cropped file to a new PDF, or use PDF to PNG and rebuild it.
Can I crop one page differently?
Set Pages to "Only these pages" and give a range such as 2-5, then run the tool again with different margins for the other pages.
Why is the page still the old size in my viewer?
Some viewers show the media box rather than the crop box. This tool sets both, so the page should measure the new size everywhere.
Will it fix a scan that is slightly rotated?
No. Cropping only removes margins. Rotate the pages first with Rotate PDF if they are a quarter turn out.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Everything happens inside your browser, so your files never leave your device and nothing is stored on a server.
