How to fill in a PDF form

1. Click the box above or drop the PDF form onto it. Its fields are listed with their names.
2. Type in the text fields, tick the checkboxes and choose from the lists.
3. Tick Flatten if the answers should not be editable any more, then click Save PDF and download it.

Frequently asked questions

It says my PDF has no form fields.

The form was made without fillable fields, often because it was scanned or exported as a plain document. To type onto it anyway, use Sign PDF, which can place text and dates anywhere on the page.

Which characters can I use?

Latin letters, including accents, digits and common punctuation work in almost every form. Some forms cannot show other alphabets because of the font they use.

Is my form uploaded?

No. The form is filled in your browser, so personal details stay on your device.
