If the form has fillable fields
- Open Fill PDF Form and drop in the form.
- Each field is listed by name: type your answers, tick the checkboxes and choose from the lists.
- Tick Flatten if the answers should not be changed later, then save and download the PDF.
The form is filled in on your device, so the personal details you type are not uploaded.
Most browsers can also fill a form directly: open the PDF in Chrome, Edge or Firefox, click into the fields, and use Download or Save to keep the answers.
If the form has no fields
Many forms are just scanned pages or documents saved as PDF, with nowhere to click. You can still type on them: open Sign PDF, choose Type, and place your text and the date where they belong.
Signing it
After filling it in, add your signature with Sign PDF by drawing it, typing it or using a photo of it.
Sending several documents together
If you have to return the form with other documents, such as an ID or a certificate, combine them into one file with Merge PDF.
