In your browser
- Open Split PDF and drop in the file.
- Choose One file per page, or One file per range and type ranges such as
1-3, 4-10, 11-. A range ending in a dash runs to the last page. - Click Split and download the files, or all of them as a ZIP.
Extract a few pages into one file
Use Remove PDF Pages with Keep only these pages and type the pages you want, such as 2, 5-7. You get one PDF with just those pages, in their original order.
With Google Chrome
Open the PDF in Chrome, press Ctrl+P (Cmd+P on a Mac), choose Save as PDF as the destination, set Pages to Custom and type the range. This works for one range at a time.
On a Mac: Preview
Show the thumbnails in Preview (View → Thumbnails) and drag a page thumbnail onto the desktop to save it as its own PDF.
Putting pages back together
Merge PDF combines the pieces again in any order.
