What images work best?
Logos, icons, drawings and text with flat colors and clear edges trace cleanly. Photos turn into many small shapes, which makes a large file that looks like a painting rather than the photo.
Is this a real vector?
Yes. The image is traced into filled shapes (paths), so the SVG stays sharp at any size and can be edited in Inkscape, Illustrator or Figma.
Why is the background removed?
With "Remove white background" ticked, white shapes are left out so the logo sits on a transparent background. Untick it to keep them.
