How to roll dice

1. Choose how many dice and how many sides each has. D6 is an ordinary die; D20 is the one used in Dungeons & Dragons.
2. Optionally type a number to add to the total, such as 3 for a roll of 1d20 + 3. Negative numbers subtract.
3. Click Roll. Each die and the total are shown, and your last ten rolls are listed below.

Are the dice fair?

Yes. Every face has the same chance, picked with your device's secure random generator, which is fairer than most physical dice.

How do I roll 2d6 or 3d8?

The first number is how many dice and the second is the sides: set Dice to 2 and Sides to D6 for 2d6.
