Set the fragment length and, if you want fragments to share letters, the overlap.
Each fragment becomes its own FASTA record with its number and position in the title.

Frequently asked questions

What does overlap do?

With a fragment length of 100 and an overlap of 20, the fragments cover 1..100, 81..180, 161..260 and so on. The overlap must be shorter than the fragment length.
