Choose DNA to RNA to change T to U, or RNA to DNA to change U back to T.
Tick the template strand option if you pasted the template strand; it is reverse complemented first.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as transcription?

For the coding strand, yes: the mRNA has the same sequence with U in place of T. If you have the template strand, tick the template option so the result reads 5' to 3' like the mRNA.
