How to predict PCR products
- Paste the template DNA.
- Type the forward and reverse primers, both 5' to 3', as you would order them.
- Each product is listed as FASTA with its length and position. Tick Circular template for a plasmid.
Frequently asked questions
Do the primers have to match exactly?
Only the 3' end has to match; set how many bases. The 5' end can differ, so primers with added restriction sites or tags work, and the product includes them.
Is my sequence uploaded?
