How to calculate cells per mL from a hemocytometer

1. Type the live cells counted in each large square, separated by spaces or commas.
2. Type the dilution factor and, for viability, the dead cells in each square.
3. Add the suspension volume and the number of cells to seed to get the total cells and how much to seed.
