How to count the days between two dates

1. Pick a start date and an end date.
2. Tick "Include end date" to count both the first and the last day.
3. Read the total in days, weeks, years and months, and weekdays.

Frequently asked questions

Does it count weekends?

The main total includes every day. The weekdays figure counts Monday to Friday only; public holidays are not taken out.

What if the end date is before the start date?

The result is shown as a negative number of days.

Are leap years handled?

Yes. Every calendar day is counted, including 29 February.
